Final Defense prep.

Project Report Requirements:

  • Upload the Project Report (PDF) in PMIS [Plagiarism <=30%] [Download the DIU Template from here.]
  • Bring a spiral copy of your final report duly signed by your supervisor and a credit and dues clearance form.
  • Attach the plagiarism report [only the percentage page] at the end of the report.
  • Bring one printed approval page [without spiral binding]. Check your board number in the shared folder and get the approval page format from here.

Presentation Requirements:

  • Prepare a PowerPoint Presentation (University Template: Download).
  • Update the title of your work in the PMIS.
  • Create a Project Video (2 to 5 minutes and playable in VLC media player).
  • For Research Project, create a video of your data analysis part.
  • Bring your work in a portable device.

Defense Board Requirements:

  • Dress up in formal attire.
  • Ensure that the ID card is visible.
  • Use English as the formal language during the defense board.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Completed 142 Credits (for the day program) and 109 credits (for the evening program if any).
  • Cleared all dues (if any).
  • CGPA >= 2.5
