Consider creating a new theme for the application

I want to create a new theme for the application using one of the two color schemes we typically use. Since this application is a developer utility, we should consider using the color-less theme. However, the color-less theme may not be visually appealing, so we can also consider using the orange scheme.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open a chat.
Open the chat's settings.
Change Persona Avatar.
Emoji will not load.

Open application's settings.
Change Avatar.
Emoji will not load.

Expected behavior

Emoji should load in ChatGPT Next Web's emoji picker.

The Clear All Data feature should reload to the top of the app, not back into Settings

Application fetching incorrect latest version from upstream repository

The application is retrieving the latest version from the upstream repository instead of this fork. For instance, the current version is v0.0.4, yet the application incorrectly identifies the most recent version as v2.8.9.

Update English language file

English language file needs some work...

Icons are inconsistent across platforms

This is especially noticeable when installing the PWA version of the app. PWA version may need to be unmasked. Also, the Windows version's icon is suuuuper tiny.

Prerelease versions can only be numerical.

Incorrect Icon and Application Name for Image Sharing

The current icon and name used for image sharing in the application are incorrect. The OpenAI icon is being used instead of the expected "Y" logo, and the application name is displayed as "ChatGPT" instead of "ChatGPT Next[y]".
