This is not an issue, just a thank you. I like the idea a lot, and will try to add a translation here and there when I can. (I did a few tonight. :))

To manually edit post tree :-(

Currently, when refining or creating translations of a reply post, I must re-translate the quoted parts of the original post. Also, if someone edits a post, then they, strictly speaking, need to go through all the replies and make sure the quoted text is up to date.

Now if I change "ハローEverybody" to "こんにちは" in the original posts translation, then ideally the quote in the reply should be updated to reflect the change.

Perhaps you can work out some smart way to have quoted text automagically update to reflects changes in the translation of the message they were originally written in.

In "All the requested posts are already traslated now :-)"

Or possibly,

"Currently, all requested posts have already been translated :-)"

some posts (maybe old ones?) has "----------------------------------------" at end of mail

maybe because the title ends with [.*]

Every mail from RedMine contains the description of original ticket, so it is repeated many times.

Maybe we can strip these, but just hide by javascript for now.

Mails cross-posted with ruby-core are usually written only in English.

Add/Refine translation in place (posts#show)

If I have edited a translation of someone else, that original translation shows up as an edit of my translation.

I will try to attach a screenshot.

I would expect the line from 2011-03-07 not to be shown.

It seems like a good idea to see when someone edits the users translation, but previous edits to the same post seems irrelevant.
