For those who want to be vaccinated, their medical histories, existing medical conditions and allergies will be kept in the Vax@NUS records. Since vaccinations are not compulsory, it is not necessary to store the details of those who do not want to be vaccinated. Therefore we will reject this.

Reason for disagreement: I would like to point out that medical histories, existing medical conditions and allergies remain pertinent even for those who have already been vaccinated since this may be necessary to trace any side effects that show up only a few days later. Therefore, I believe my point on making medical history its own point still stands.
Even if this bug is not accepted, I think NotInScope
would be more appropriate for this situation compared to Rejected
.
