shinydata's Issues

cant use Example1

Hallo,

i've installed shinyData locally as described. After starting with shinyData::shinyData()
it seems to work but i can't use Open Sample Project with Sample1.sData.
Nothing opens.
In R commandline i get "Error in assign(name, func, environment()) :
variable names are limited to 10000 bytes"
Maybe you've an idea how to solve the problem?

Regards
Walter

Error in tag("div", list(...)) : could not find function "jscolorInput"

Hi Yindeng,

I have tried to use shinyData from Rstudio following the installation instruction. However, there is an error "Error in tag("div", list(...)) : could not find function "jscolorInput" when shinyData::shinyData().

There was an error in finding "shiny package" in the first trial of installation. I have Shiny package pre-installed before. Did any of the tool detached shiny? Anyway, after re-install shiny, the installation went through.

Can you help with the above error? Thanks.

Rick

Open files

Hi,
may I ask you for some assistance. Every time I try to load data(different data sets in. csv) I get and the process stops:

Warning: file โ€˜0โ€™ has magic number '"Stor' Use of save versions prior to 2 is deprecated Warning: Unhandled error in observer: bad restore file magic number (file may be corrupted) -- no data loaded observe({ inFile <- input[["loadProject"]] isolate({ if (!is.null(inFile)) { loadProject(file = inFile$datapath, replaceOrMerge = input[["loadProjectAction"]]) } }) })

plug shinyData into other shiny apps

Is there a straightforward way of plugging shinydata into other shiny apps? That is, if i have an app that does some basic data processing, can I deploy shinydata to do the plots from the processed data instead of reinventing the wheel.
