It shows Error: Invalid Chapter Uri when retrying

• Documentations for CLI are difficult to read.
• Documentations for module dev are incompleted
• README.md seems to be too long and out of order
• How do you add an automatically generated summary section in Github markdown?

Expected Behavior

~/cookie.txt should be parsed as /User/xxx/cookie.txt

Actual Behavior

~/cookie.txt is currently parsed as ./~/cookie.txt

The same bug happens to all path-like fields i.e. cookie, output.

• Investigate the cause
  • Is this a bug with node-archiver
  • Is this a bug with axios?
  • Is this reproducible with other VPNs? (help wanted)
• Create a reproduction and submit an issue to the related library
• Or use another solution that work without problems under VPN connections

I use this extension to get cookies.

Kavita ignores file structures and consider files with names like 17-21 as a serie.

Adding a new -k, --kavita that sanitize 17-21 as 17 for Kavita compatibility.
