First of all, amazing project.

My issue is that every time I launch the desktop, the only thing that I see on VNC is a black screen with a "mouse" which looks like a square.
I am new to linux and termux so it might surely be a problem on my side.

I Finally Found that how this occurs.

In File After Extracted termux_desktop_lxqt_data.tar.xz
And i found that error occurs due to in the file .profile
After deleted the file , the showing of error has been gone.

I want to install kivy on termux-desktop-lxqt , I use ubuntu so I installed kivy using apt install python3-kivy. But while running my first hello World program it shows some messages and error.

I want to install pyqt5 python module on this termux desktop environment.
I tried pip install PyQt5 but it failed.
Please anyone help me........

Doing "start-desktop" just gives
New 'localhost:1 ()' desktop is localhost:1
Then nothing happens

Hello everyone. From the start I want to say sorry for my bad english. I am here to tell you that I saw some errors when installing this lxqt desktop, and for me is not working at all.

As you can see in this screenshot, I did installed the desktop as it should be, but at the very end of the installation some errors occurs. I tried to get past them (not see them), I set the vncserver, I connected to the server through the vnc viewer app for android (from play store) and all I could see was a black screen and a white square as the mouse. I tried to do (export DISPLAY=":1") and the problem is still there. I believe that the problem is because of the errors, and thats why I am addresing this bug to someone that could help me. I am on samsung A50 SM-A505FN/DS and this was a fresh install of termux. Please help me. Thank you.

Currently I have it configured with xfwm4, since there works the composer, I plan to migrate to openbox as it allows to customize more, to one that presented the following problems :

1- openbox consumes a little more resources, but well, this is not serious, it is only optional, the most serious is this :

2- In openbox there is no composition, without the composer you can not add transparency effects, and I do not see that option for openbox, that makes the user have to install gtk themes and the xfce4 theme changer, to be able to change the layout of the top of the windows

I really enjoy your creation, but... I can use it with English keyboard layout only. Changing layouts in Android doesn't affect Termux and VNC viewer.
Is it possible to add some new desktop layouts in termux-desktop-lxqt?

I'm going to work on this, I want to use qt5 but I don't see a way to do it

At my fist time of installing LXQt (using this repo), these bugs didn't happen, but over time I did a third installation (boredom), the bugs started to appear.

I don't even know how to reproduce, maybe it's just me. But I'd appreciate if you push/commit a fix soon

title says it all i didnt see a place for a preset one or asked to create one and a blank one dont work as well as the old password from the now uninstalled other desktop project .......so im stumped .....never mind im blind
