User adds a new note by selecting dropdown
Now you'll see that the new dropdown stays at the last user added note name

I believe this is due to setting the
optionShares = 0;
in the calc_table function

Need to implement:

• comma zero separators
• max 1 decimal
• dollar sign / units in general?
• number incrementor: do we want it? if we do, it should increment by more than 1 at a time lol

If your investment is greater than 0 for either parts, there should a line for each of your investments in each round.

Test the following scenarios:

• where discount is used (increase the cap)
• where cap is used and not discount (do a low cap)
• 2 notes
• 3 notes
• angel invest participates in equity round
• there is 0 option pool given out for equity round
• downround where valuation of equity round is lower than cap of notes

and needs some styling!

I can see that you would want to save the model to an excel or set of explanations based on the model that is created

use global variables and make those persist

ID of the note
ID of its input fields

Discount % should be in a 0% format
Qualified financing placeholder numbers should be in regular fashion:

000,000
0%

Currently, everything is done with assumption of only one convertible note

I don't see this variable being called anywhere else...
