@ChangHS create a code compilation unit class. Idea is you take in a directory location as an input than expect a main.java file in the directory. Search for how to compile java programs from with in a program. Idea is you find all your dependencies jar files and the files on the root folder and run something like this:
javac main.java --include file1.java file2.java --dependencies ./libs/dep1.jar ./libs/dep2.jar

Note: This is just a rough picture I'm drawing actual command that you run may be run but the idea is same.
