Find a new color array and save color array in more appropriate space besides script tags of the login.html

Have the website decide whether to webscrape or not in the beginning of starting the website. (i.e. csv exists, do not webscrape)

display the figure png. Displaying figure is already in app.py but is currently uncommented

need to update the requirements.txt and check if there are dependencies especially if running on windows, macos, and linux machines.

also need to see if we use the correct version of chrome driver
(issue that we also need to brew install for macos) (optimal solution: bypass installing and delivering product with the chrome driver if possible)

write the readme
clean up syntax (get rid of unused modules, fix indentations, etc)

Current website doesn't choose which state it reads tweets from.

Also, need to update list of tweets and states for dropdown.

(option for user to webscrape or not)

(already removed radio buttons because we are not using two options: selenium and tweepy)

Need to adjust bottom space of the webpage.

Also add the footer that should contain link to github page and the link to our email addresses
