Sure! The DeeFuzzer is optimized for that, but cannot transcode the medias on the fly for the moment. So you need to convert them before streaming. I've got several tools to do this if you need ;)
But, as I have mentioned in another thread, some simple Gstreamer based pipelines will be added to the tools in order to provide a realtime transcoding system. The real difficulty being the metadata management..

Transcoding will not be hardcoded for the moment. And I think it easier and safer to transcode all files - many good tools exist for that - and then manage multiple stations in one deefuzzer instance.
