Factions.sbc file needs to be made and set up, with proper descriptions provided for each faction. This also includes planning each faction's "stance" and tactics with the trinity members.

- Revert back to using "Powered" tag in targeting.

The transitions between CORP space drone tiers are a bit too harsh and need refactoring.
- Add CORP Meteor Drone (S-T2b Strike Drone)
- Add S-T2b drones to S-T1 drone wings (unsure)
The current sounds for chat messages are getting a bit repetitive and should be replaced with something better.
This might also call for a refactor of the chat delay system.
- Create Robotic/TTS Audio for CORP Assets
- Record Voice-Over Audio for CORP Control

Self-explanatory - Meridius is making current command code actions obsolete, and i'd like to stay up-to-date on that front.
The old trailer needs to be replaced and updated with better editing.
