Could you explain what should happen, I don't see anything special in JSX files... What does your plugin provide?
Use activationCommands
instead of activationEvents
in your package.json

If this package is no longer maintained (or if it was never intended to be released—whatever the case may be), I think you should remove it from the Atom package registry. This way it is no longer installed and people will know not to use it.
In keymaps/jsx.cson: Use the atom-workspace
tag instead of the workspace
class.

I have no clue if is possible to map extensions with language, do you?
users have to set node.js executable path in ~/.atom/config.cson
.
I don't want to set that...
However, atom process does not have environment path for node.js.
So, temporarily, we set the path in ~/.atom/config.cson
.
