First off, I love this module so, so much!

Just a small thing I've found is that the get_elixhauser() function does not work as described in the example. I keep getting an error saying that the function only takes 2 inputs, but 3 are given. I looked at your code and it does seem to be correct, so maybe I'm using an older version? I installed the package using "pip install hcuppy."

If you pip install the latest version and try to initiate an instance of ElixhauserEngine an error will raise because it will fail to find CMR_Format_Program_v2023-1.sas in the data directory.

I went ahead and copy and pasted these files into the directory and was able to initiate the ElixhauserEngine, but when trying to use get_elixhauser it returns an empty comorbidity list and 0 for the readmission and mortality scores.

I am using drgpy to group multiple ICD's to single MSDRG. I am facing issue in identifying principal diagnosis from the given list of diagnosis ICD's. How can hcuppy be used to identify principal diagnosis which can help drgpy?
