chromium's Introduction

Google Chromium is a browser that combines a minimal design with
sophisticated technology to make the web faster, safer, and easier.

Note:
Some processors don't have the SSE2 flag. Check it with:

   cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep -i sse2

In this case you should disable sse2 when compiling chromium. Do this by
running the script as:

   NO_SSE2=1 ./chromium.SlackBuild

This requires libevent.

libpng

Hi Yucatan, there is any specific reason to justify the no use of:
-Duse_system_libpng=0
on your .slackbuild?
I have that on my lib's and trying to compile with that, will put the results there.
By the way, great work!

javascript inspector not working

Before my 8.0.558.0 packages, chromium wouldn't be able to use the javascript inspector (Ctrl+j).

It wasn't chromium's fault. It was mine ;)
