Use contents of a usage.md file
Mention it a 'not enough params' message

• Describe supported commands and their behavior (perhaps in a separate file)
• Describe configurations

e.g. '/env status qa' should return all env starting with qa

it should return a list of free envs.
Basically same as status, but filtered

Handlebars are just awful

It would be great to see how many days env is being taken by a person. Then we can make a rule, for example if env is taken more than 3-5 days - automatically release it.
