Initial Commit with Blank prompt Not sure what we are doing with this Adding people for now. Let's just get used to the environment first

Added a Test_BLank_Project in current folder, this project is used to get used to C# and visual studio. We will be using the form class to actually build Danny's retarded calculator

I am rather busy on weekdays, so get used to C# and teach me. I want to do some kind of RPG game to get us up to speed with the environment and C#, let's start from there
