1. Returning youth have their birthdates set to the current date
2. It's currently possible for a youth to return twice during the same period, causing them to appear twice in youth id selector. We should probably throw an error
3. Returning youth can't clear a field because if a field is empty, that means no changes are being made
4. How should essay question answers be stored? I think we want all answers to be visible in youth profile, but only new answers to be visible for approve registration
5. Class not properly required for returning youth. Also, missing required fields stops scrolling until you reload

Range filter doesn't update properly on key input, i.e. input change or "enter" key. Begins to filter, then stops.

Working updates:

• onblur - when search box loses focus, filter is applied properly
• native update - eg when the up/down arrows are used in numeric input, filter is applied properly

Failing updates:

• onchange - When search box is manually edited, the filter blinks in and out, leaving the unfiltered data

Double check how profile pages handle period_data - should they just pass it directly?
