若選秀結束 直接init完跳最後一項
若啟動時為正式模式
且所設定要選秀的時間已過
則直接init完跳最後一項
作為展示模式
代表色資訊應與隊伍一起儲存
目前隊伍的代表色資訊採手動在css、javascript或html輸入
應改成與隊伍資訊一併存在資料庫中，以方便後續切換作業。
選秀結果的每一列應採動態加入
目前選秀結果的呈現為先產生固定列後，再插入資料
應改成要進到下一行時，再動態append新的一列
一方面避免選秀結果超出預期
一方面也方便給智慧型裝置使用者的瀏覽，避免要不停的上下滑動
某隊不能選擇的候選人，應在其他隊伍放棄後還是可以選
依中職規定某隊不能選擇的候選人，應在其他隊伍放棄後還是可以選，並非從頭到尾都不能選
加入預算制功能
