message "You don't have permission to post '.dll' files!" is send even if you have the permission to post the given file.

Maybe do a new field "admins" in config.json

i mean yeah it's scanned but we can't download it ? Or i'm missing something ?

For an unknown reason the bot will show this error if there is already an attachement folder.
