When logging in and out multiple times, other users seem to have trouble
keeping up sometimes.
From the looks of it, this is a bug in the Smack library. The Roster container
is not properly updated when new accounts are added and deleted.

Expected that the entry for User B in Active Chats would flash, or perhaps
light up in some way. Instead, it doesn't indicate a new message at all (except

1. Log out.

Expected logging out would be successful, i.e. account is deleted. However,
sometimes it isn't. If it cannot delete this account at login either, it will
crash. In LogCat it says it could not delete account because there was "No
response from server". Maybe related:
