Add in a new feature to the UI which is a switch that allows the user to download the video file as well. This will set or unset an argument that will be passed to the URL upon request. If it is included, we will provide an additional link to the Video file as well, for download.

create new config file and utilize this instead of using

app...config from mapping()!
