(Design) Create a planner content page that the user can develop a custom weekly workout. Develop a plan of design and architecture before moving to the next implementation step.

Determine if consolidating all content pages under a common namespace is possible.

Need API for passwordless login to contain users' information

Add an option setting page to adjust and add settings for how to implement the timer for the user. This would include such things as reps, sets, break time between reps, break time between sets, etc. Save these options on the device for future use.
