After initial study search and selecting a study to open the series, the study list will be collapsed. If you click on Search study at this point, the Study list will stay collapsed and you won't see the new studies.

The demo should have an option to view the stored DICOM images in a DICOM viewer using the WADO-URI and/or WADO-RS

Currently when clicking on the WADO-URI "DICOM" button to download a dicom Part 10 format file returns a file with extension ".txt". this should be changed to "dcm" or "dic"

Just I clone a application, and built the solution then open in browser am getting an issue as Uncaught ReferenceError: cornerstoneWADOImageLoader is not defined at wadoViewer.ts:1 in console then am unable to see search results too, please help to resolve this issue. Here am attaching screen shot

I found your open source project here on github. I am working with a client that wants a DICOM server and 10+ viewer clients. I have looked at your online demo page and it is close to meeting their requirements. I need a few missing features:

1 - show preview of the DICOM images in the search results on your "Query & Retrieve" page
2 - ability to show 2 images side by side in the "Viewer" page
3 - ability to show 4 images (2x2) in the "Viewer" page
