I created this app using the Ruby on Rails framework between October and December 2015 as part of the CareerFoundry web development course. The app was built primarily by following the course lessons independently with code reviews/occasional peer programming sessions with my course mentor.

Features included:

-User Authentication(Sign in/Out) with Devise gem
-User Abilities with CanCan gem
-Basic unit/functional testing with Rspec and Factory Girl
-Users can comment/review each product
-Products can be rated with star rating using "Raty", a jquery star rating plugin
-Users can order products with demo purchasing via the stripe api

The app is deployed on heroku at zanesbestproducts.herokuapp.com
