I am getting an error when running demo script examples/demo.rb

uninitialized constant Zeebe::Client::GatewayProtocol::ListWorkflowsRequest (NameError)

Does zeeb-client-ruby support connecting to Camunda Cloud? I'm trying to figure out how to use it with Oauth credentials, and from the documentation, I don't see how to do it.

Is this supported and I just can't figure out how to do it? Or is it not currently supported?

I need to use the variables parameter in ThrowErrorRequest in version v0.19.0, but I found that this version has a minimum requirement of Ruby 3.0, while I am using Ruby 2.7

May I know the reason behind the requirement of Ruby 3 for v0.19.0?
