An easy fix could be to just add the translation once the correct answer is selected in the same way as the word to find is displayed in the find word in context exercise, i.e. in the place of "given of" in the image below you would have seen appear the translation of "opfordring" after clicking it.
This is just a quick fix -- could still explore having the text as in the reader if you would prefer. Let me know what solution I should go for.

adding translations might be required for the other exercise too and it should be a different issue!
