Need more tests for scenarios like socket timeouts, remote closing of the socket etc.

This might be desired under a couple of circumstances:

• We have reached the maxConcurrentStreams on a single session
• We want to mitigate head of line blocking with lots of concurrent requests
• We're tearing down one session for any reason, and have new requests that need to go out

Ideally, we'd

• provide some form of configuration or control over how many sessions can be opened and why / when
• have a smart connection strategy, opening sockets to different IPs if the DNS lookup resolved in multiple available addresses, so the load gets distributed on the remote endpoint

Remote hosts can claim authority for multiple hostnames using the ORIGIN h2 frame extension. This is represented in node as the originSet property on the ClientHttp2Session. We should take this into account and avoid opening up new sockets / sessions when we already have an authoritative session available.

The https.Agent applies TCP keep-alive to the https sockets, we should apply similar behavior to h2 sockets to have similar behavior.
