XCC is licensed under v3, as you can see at http://code.google.com/p/xcc/
I don't think you can downgrade that to v2.

mix file opens a mix file archive and creates new decrypted mix file.

this could be used for GUI as I'm lost getting tsunmix encryption to work 
properly under Qtcreator.

leave extid16 function for compatibility, but extid will recognize hexadecimal 
code by 0x prefix.

$: ./tsunmix TIBSUN.MIX extid 111222

Use function in main to print data instead. This will enable development of 
tsunmix GUI.

AFAIK several files are written by me (author of XCC), but in the files 
themselves you claim to be the author.

tsunmix looks for global mix database.dat in working directory, not the current 
directory.

Works bad when compiled with some tools, like qmake.
