So I forked, edited the configuration and setup Github Pages with default settings. However the site doesn't load properly, I suspect the CSS isn't loading?

I have already updated the baseurl in config btw.

Something wrong with my configuration?

As of Ruby 3.0, WEBrick is no longer bundled with Ruby, so it needs to be listed as a dependency of Jekyll.

Fix it:

npm install
bundle add webrick
bundle install

After that, you can serve:

bundle exec jekyll serve

I'm new to jekyll and the jekyll docs only cover how to use gem based themes. How would one make use of this theme? I reviewed the jekyll docs, did a few internet searches, but don't see a 'theme' directory mentioned anywhere or any info on how someone uses a non-gem theme.
