I'm not sure, but #2 may be the cause.

I think the license header is wrong and should be changed.

In the moment there is only information about the "elementary GTK theme", but this theme is called "yellowstone" and was not written by elementary LCC".

Gtk3.12 is the latest and greatest from Gnome. Freya will also ship Gtk3.12

I'm using super wingpanel for the intellihide feature. When this is activated, the panel shows a thin grey line (something like a shadow). It isn't something critical, but it's a little bit annoying. You can see it in the picture below.

I'm using Elementary OS Luna. I've tried to find a way to correct this, but I haven't found a solution.
