I'm POSTing to: localhost:8080/users?name=sid with basic authentication username=username password=password, but I get a 400 response back with Missing field: name.

The code introduced in 8c40dd5 is adapted from the Representor which doesn't retain the original license and copyright.

The LICENSE requires that any substantial portions or copies of the software (Representor) must retain the original copyright notice.

The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all
copies or substantial portions of the Software.

Please update to include the original LICENSE and copyright or remove these portions of the code from SwiftHTTPServer.

fcgi isn't a common library that people will have on their machines so some directions would increase adoption of SwiftHTTPServer.

Now that Swift 3.0 spec supports open source foundation, wouldn't it be better to move to foundation?

The example server doesn't authenticate correctly when using [email protected] and password at /login. I just get an error back Missing field: email.

Opening this to track progress.

I got it almost working, just getting caught up with a bridging header issue.
