mvn -Popenshift fabric8:deploy fails on vendor-service

While Executing the 3rd Example the deploy of the vendor-service fails due to a not configured "dockerHost"
(see attached file fail.txt).
I can't find any information on configuring the openshift test environment (created in the 0-CreateOpenshiftOnlineAccount part) for the deployment step.
Am I missing something or is there a step / config missing in the tutorial?
