Dear Developers,
Thanks for making MagneticTB available for the community.
To obtain fitting parameters, I am trying to use bandManipulateEig[ham,klist,eigdata] module with a user-defined Hamiltonian (instead of generated directly by MagneticTB). The issue I am facing is that kx,ky,kz are also coming as fitting parameters which is not correct. May I ask what I need to change to make the code works for any user defined Hamiltonian?

As you can see, there are so many undetermined parameters here, so, what's the method used by you to determine them precisely?
