Nvidia GPU access blocked.

When using this cofig to compile kernel of WSL, the linux distro cannot get nvidia gpu support(F**K U NVIDIA).

~> nvidia-smi
Failed to initialize NVML: GPU access blocked by the operating system
Failed to properly shut down NVML: GPU access blocked by the operating system

我喜欢使用scoop安装更新软件，我把它当作Windows的包管理，把kernel加入 这样我就能使用类似 scoop update 及时更新了，而不是一遍又一遍打开网页下载，替换
