I really like your data set. In the past few days, I tried to write a blog post about this data set and created a toy example of spatiotemporal traffic pattern discovery with Dynamic Mode Decomposition (DMD):

The speed_matrix_2015 file have not any file suffix name，so what I can do use pandas to open it? Could you please give more details about how to open speed_matrix_2015? For example, the code?
