Flash File Invalid when it is a swf file

I selected the swf flash file and the flash player, all done correctly, getting this error. I looked in the code, it seems to be something with this stuff here:

Missing flash player

The tool requires a flash player to work, but lacks the description on which type of Flash Player is required or how to even obtain the file(s) at all.
