The database has a max length of 64 for most strings. The input fields should match this.

We need to add some placeholder copy to the page with the email template to fill out hte page a bit.

We need ot implement recpatcha as a way to reduce spam

since we're doing email verification we need to create a database to store info of people trying to send emails.

In order to prevent unverified email addresses, we need to set up email validation.

at the moment we check if the 'sent' field is false before sending the email but don't actually update the field when we send the email. we should do that.

Show a nice error message when there's a problem with reCAPTCHA.

Works both when the error comes from Google or from our server.

we decided not to have candidate emails on the front end for security reasons but our api is sending them to the front end.

when the user has been sent the verification email we need to put their input into their row in the database.

We wrote a mix of es5 and es6 in our client side javascript, we need ot use the babel CLI to transpile it to all ES5 to ensure compatibility in older browsers.

when the user sends the email to themself now the email sends but the user gets no feedback, we need to add a page which will show the user a confirmation of sending

We need to work out why!

we need ot ad space for user to add things to the email to their mp, if we put a textarea inside of the email template this will be nice and clear.

After the user receives a verification email, if they click the link more than once it shows a plain-text error.

Instead, we should display all the Big Issue branding plus a link that goes back to the start.

Currently we get all of the candidates, but now that the product is only getting the elected MP we need to make it so that we only get the candidate who was actually elected.

We need to write some lovely lovely tests so need ot get the testign framework all set up.

Back end now returns object rather than an array of objects, we need to change FE code to deal with this.
