What is being used to update swagger.json after changing the api?

When you run npm test and the tests have either passed or failed, the command will still be running and not show the coverage report at the end. 'ctrl + c' stops it fine but coverage report doesnt seem to be working correctly.

As this repository contains sample source code intended to be downloaded and expanded upon, it would be better suited with an EPL+Apache 2.0 dual license.

The OMP Governing Board has approved EPL-2.0 license waivers for sample repositories in Zowe, replaced by the dual license.

To re-license this repository, all contributors should consent by responding to this issue in the affirmative.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently the sample api/plugin is designed to be used by cloning the repository and modifying from there. If we can package and publish the samples, we can potentially test plugin installation process.

Describe the solution you'd like

Package the samples and later we can test with features provided by issue zowe/zowe-install-packaging#1199.

Acceptance Criteria

• The 2 samples should be packaged and publish to Artifactory.
• There are should be 2 Jenkins job created to automatically build and publish if there are changes made to the samples.
