atomic_force_microscopy's Introduction

Data, analysis, and report for a laboratory exercise exploring the worm-like chain (WLC) model of polymer mechanics and the principles of cantilever-force microscopy following the procedure by Gasyna and Scherer.

Observations are in the data directory. The scripts used to analyse the data with MATLAB is in the scripts directory, and the plots output are in the plots directory. A preliminary analysis and the report submitted for evaluation are in the report directory.
