Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.

Missing techpack libraries

There are 2 sets of techpack libraries missing in this repo:

techpack/audio -> required to support sound on this device the way it is intended by Red Magic
techpack/data -> X55 modem drivers and a few other items, this may be generic CAF and not specific to Red Magic.

Please take a look at what versions of the above you used to compile the kernel and update the source code as needed. Much appreciated.

Where is the source code?

Please let us know, as you are aware many developers are waiting for it to be released. We have been contacting you in many ways. Thank you for posting an empty repository (at least we know you intend to post source). But please upload as soon as possible. Thank you.

Google Pay does not work NFC on Global and North American ROM variants!

This is an issue everywhere, no one has been able to purchase at a terminal using NFC and Google Pay. THIS IS A LISTED FEATURE OF THE PHONE, AND IT DOES NOT WORK. The terminal reports 2 cards are being detected by the terminal, where Google Pay is supposed to transmit 1 card, so it fails. Please fix ASAP!
