Request: Ability to override database url via SNAPLET_DATABASE_URL

Is there an existing issue that is already proposing this?

Describe the problem imposed by not having this feature

I want to be able to restore against another database which is not configured in .snaplet/config.json

Describe the solution you'd like

Ability to either pass a parameter (i.e. database-url) to the snaplet/restore command or pass SNAPLET_DATABASE_URL and env variable.
