file not found for the command docker-compose up -d
geting an error like unable to find the docker-compose.yaml file

can anyone help me out from the issue!!

Before health records can be digitised , there should be a registry of doctors. Design and implement a doctor registry, having following features

• digital identity of each doctor : meaning a doctor should be mapped to a public key (ECDSA p266 and p384 curve only) and corresponding private key should with doctor only.
• doctor should be able to rotate his/her key.
• official Medical commission (national medical commission in India) should be able to revoke the licence of any doctor.

• Flow and architecture diagram
• Network setup scripts
• Chaincode
• Application

This open source software is very good, I want to get all the source code and tutorials, and pay for it.

after run command

docker-compose up -d

ERROR: 
        Can't find a suitable configuration file in this directory or any
        parent. Are you in the right directory?

        Supported filenames: docker-compose.yml, docker-compose.yaml

how to fix this?
