Thank you for the project. It is works like charms. I searched the web for long hours trying to find a project which reverse translates an image. I forgot what sentence was used for the current image and want to know that.

Shermanplanet and your website only translates english to gallifreyan. Do you know any site or source where i can reverse engineer this data back to english?

But "i" and "a" should belong to the preceding consonants "t" and "r" respectively. Should render something more like this:

When the B-row or T-row letter circles start crossing wich each other, the word circle stops being drawn correctly. This happens because the end points of the arc get flipped and the arc goes around the whole word circle.

I tried fixing it once, but failed due to angle difference calculation confusion :/

When attached to a preceding B-stem, the 'A' is being placed inside the letter like an 'E'.
When attached to a preceding J-stem, the 'A' is being placed against the consonant, overlapping the word circle.

pretty self-explanatory ...
At the risk of coming off as an ignorant idiot I would suggest implementing curved lines since "how hard could that be ?", either by adding a bezier vectors on the ends (easiest to implement imo), or 3-point spline , where when you click the line in place after editing and then you would enter "curving mode" where the 3rd control point and then you click on it and it sets the cirved line in place

(not demanding anything, just a casual suggestion, pls don't crucify me, I do believe that this generator works really well )
