While executing the !python setup.py build develop --user

I got the following error,

python3: can't open file 'setup.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Should i need to change the version of cuda from cuda 11-1 to previous versions. Any path should i need to change.

Unable to download the pretrained model ( fast.res50.pth ) and object tracking model (JDE-1088x608-uncertainty ). Error from GDrive was the file no longer exists
