Invalid Datatype Names
Looking through the defined datatypes, it looks like there are 2 that are not valid datatypes in CoDeSys.

String Send to PLC Errors
Tested all of the supported dataypes and everything works well for sending/receiving to a PLC, but I am not able to send a string to the PLC. I am able to read a string though. Codesys reports an error of Netvar error layout.
write unit tests
Send up to 16 Variables
No matter what the variables are. I can only send up to 16 variables from Node to Codesys. I can receive what appears to be unlimited from Codesys to Node.
