Alliance phase strategies about cosmospheres HOT 1 OPEN

Things to point out:

1. The laser has been severely nerfed since last phase, as we now receive a random recoil during 2 seconds every time we shoot. However, this remains as our current prime strategy.
2. I think there may be a misuderstanding here. We can pick as many debris as we want through lassoing (an algorithm for performing the lasso is being worked on right now). The thrusters will be decomissioned ONLY after 4 collisions with debris; that is, the penalty will be applied if you touch the debris.
3. The out of bounds penalty has been reducted from last phase's, thus making this strategy less feasible. Furthermore, it may be classified as unethical behaviour and force our descalification from the contest.

Now, my opinion. I think the laser strategy should remain our priority, but it is also imperative to develop a stable lasso function to test it against the laser. A mixture of both lasser and lasso will be the upper hand in this contest.
