Easily set a raspberry pi's wifi settings in a headless configuration

PiFi allows you to set the network settings of a raspberry pi through a webserver. The pi will automatically go into hotspot mode when disconnected from wifi.
This version of PiFi was developed for Raspbian Stretch. Older versions may have unintended behavior.

I used one year ago this project on raspbian and it was ok, but now with raspbian 2019-09-26 it seems to not expose PiFi network. It's project maintaned?
