Hi,

When I'm running the below command in the terminal. It is showing below error messages.

Rscript bedpe2tabix.R -i Mb1cre1_merged_chr12_loops.sorted -t Mb1cre1_merged_loops_chr12.arcplot -s fdrDonut

issue1:

[1] "chr1" "start1" "end1" "lr" "id" "dir"
sh: bgzip: command not found
Warning message:
In system(paste0("bgzip -c ", tabix_filename, " > ", tabix_filename, :
error in running command
sh: tabix: command not found
Warning message:
In system(paste0("tabix -p bed ", tabix_filename, ".gz")) :
error in running command

When I'm doing source ~/.bashrc to read the bgzip and tabix then start showing the below message.

isssue2:

Error in library(argparse) : there is no package called ‘argparse’
Execution halted

While its already install.
When runninin in new terminal then again showing first issue.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
