Perhaps we could add some functionality for simple graph plotting?

@bingao proposed a split-screen mode, where it is possible to independently display two or more molecules side by side (or perhaps in a grid pattern for n>2).

The THREE.JS example section contains many relevant implementations of split-canvas and split-renders, like for instance https://threejs.org/examples/#webgl_multiple_renderers .

I believe it should be quite simple to extend a basic viewer for these cases.
